GENERAL CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Cancellation is when the customer wholly or partially cancels, reduces, relocates or makes similar changes to the agreed hotel services. Hotel packages can only be canceled in their entirety. All cancellations must be made in writing to OrgaNicer on weekdays before 2.00 pm.
If more than 5 rooms are booked under the same personel name, CVR, company name or public institution for the same event, even if the client is different persons, this is considered a group booking.
When booking more than one hotel, the booked hotels shall be considered as individual, and the above cancellation terms apply to the individual hotel.
Cancellation later than below will require full payment for the excess number of rooms canceled.
In the event of no-show, late arrival and early departure, the hotel is entitled to compensation corresponding to the full price of the final booked arrangement.
CANCELLATION (up to and including 5 room nights booked): The booking can be canceled free of charge up to 15 days before arrival, however, an administration fee of DKK 75.00 will be charged when refunding any deposit. If the booking is canceled later than 14 days and up to 6 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of 35% of the invoice amount will be charged. Less than 6 days before arrival, the booking is binding.
CANCELLATION (from 6 to 99 room nights booked): Until 60 days before the arrival date, the entire group can be canceled free of charge.
After that, a maximum of 30% of the reservation can be canceled according to the following rules:
Up to 30 days before the arrival date up to 30% of the original booked number can be canceled free of charge
Up to 15 days before the arrival date up to 5% of the original booked amount can be canceled free of charge
Up to 7 days before the arrival date up to 2% of the original ordered quantity can be canceled free of charge
CANCELLATION (for more than 99 room nights booked): Up to 90 days before the arrival date, the entire group can be canceled free of charge.
After that, a maximum of 30% of the reservation can be canceled according to the following rules:
Up to 45 days before the arrival date up to 30% of the original booked number can be canceled free of charge
Up to 30 days before the arrival date up to 10% of the original booked amount can be canceled free of charge
Up to 10 days before the arrival date up to 2% of the original ordered quantity can be canceled free of charge
CREDIT CARD FEES: Corporate cards issued inside or outside the EU/EEA and private payment cards issued outside the EU/EEA will be subject to a fee, which will appear on your receipt. The fee rate will depend on the type of payment card and where it was issued. For American Express, all transactions will be subject to a fee.
